Orders
Can I change my order? If it hasn’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll do our best. Orders placed before 3pm usually ship the same day.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes — add a note at checkout and we’ll wrap your hat in tissue with a handwritten card.
Sizing
What if my hat is too big? Every structured hat comes with a sizing strip. If that doesn’t help, exchanges are free.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? Debit and credit cards, bank transfer and pay on delivery (UK only), depending on your order.
Trade
